Race Day Schedule

National NATS Weekends operate as double-header events with racing on both Saturday and Sunday. Each day features practice sessions, qualifying, and multiple heats across different classes. The action typically starts early morning (around 08:00) and continues through to late afternoon.

Timetables are published on the ROK Cup South Africa website approximately one week before each event. These show the exact session times for each class, prizegivings, and any special activities.

Tip: Arrive early in the morning to see practice and qualifying sessions. This is when drivers are pushing for their fastest laps and the racing is often most intense. Finals typically happen in the afternoon.
